Why do I need to pay a deposit?
Like any service based business we need to be able to plan our days and weeks ahead of time. A deposit is simply a commitment from our customers to the allocated service date. Cancellations are ok, so long as we have notice in advance and can notify our staff of any changes in roster. The system we’ve implemented works for us, our staff and our customers, and in the three years we have been taking deposits for our services, we have only had to make one refund. Note that we have also never had a customer lose their money due to cancellation.
