Why are louvres more expensive to clean than other windows.

Louvres are quite difficult to clean and produce excellent results. The price is higher because each blade of glass must be cleaned individually on both sides and dried. The frame in which the louvre mechanism is housed must also be cleaned along with the track at the bottom. To do this properly the bottom louvre also needs to be removed so all dirt can be dislodged, the track cleaned and dried.

There are other ways for us to clean them such as from the outside using soft brush and purified water. This often produces excellent results, however only suitable where the inside of the glass is relatively clean. A strip of uncleaned glass where each blade touches the one below it will always be visible though.
